With more than 15 years of experience across real estate, asset management, and the trades, he brings a broad perspective to every project.

Known for his thoughtful, collaborative style, Marcus is deeply invested in adding value—whether through well-designed communities, strong partnerships, or meaningful client relationships. He believes that great homes are built not only through sound construction, but through care, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to each homeowner’s experience.

A Minnesota native from the north metro, Marcus enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young sons, fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors. He is passionate about building homes—and communities—that leave clients feeling confident in their decision and proud of where they live.

Lindsey serves as the first point of connection for new homeowners, guiding them through the initial stages of the homebuilding journey and fostering trust that lasts well beyond the purchase agreement. With more than two years of experience in new home sales and residential construction, she supports clients from their first visit through the final walkthrough, ensuring they feel informed, understood, and cared for every step of the way.

Joey oversees the day-to-day construction of Community Home Builders homes, working closely with trade partners to ensure each residence meets both homeowner specifications and the company’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship. With nearly five years of experience in residential construction, he plays a hands-on role in guiding projects from start to finish.

Known for his calm, patient approach and strong relationships with homeowners and trades alike, Joey takes pride in problem-solving and keeping projects moving—even when challenges arise. He believes that building a home is about more than construction; it’s about creating trust, connection, and a positive experience throughout the process.

Born and raised in Hastings, Minnesota, Joey is a third-generation builder with deep local roots. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, boating, golfing, and spending time outdoors. Joey is driven by one simple goal: delivering a home that leaves homeowners feeling fulfilled.
